A Spoonful of Sugar: Coping as a Complex Chronic Crip. Volumes 1 through 5. Introduction, Therapy, Comfort, Distraction, and Medications & Supplements. These are zines (short for fanzine or magazine, commonly referring to a self-published, small publication). As someone with complex chronic illness, I think it is important to share with other "spoonies" how we cope with it all, as well as to educate those who are lucky not to deal with chronic illness, just how we manage in our day to day. This is a collection of the first five volumes of the zine.
